I have not tried either one. I know there has been discussion on them in the past. I think there's an old thread somewhere in the MS section of NT. I'll see if I can find it.

I use both, which are legal for medical and recreational here in California. My experience with CBD oil has been mixed, but suspect my expectations might play a part in perceived effectiveness. However, a couple days ago I used some very concentrated CBD in tar form for pain, I do feel that it was effective.

Marijuana comes in 2 basic varieties, Sativa and Indica. Sativa for a cerebral high, Indica for more relaxing beddy-bye time.
