Propanolol in early recovery?

Im 10 days out from my injury. My doctor had previously prescribed propanolol for heart palpitations.

Ive seen it mentioned as helpful here for PCS symptoms. Would there potentially be any negative effect in early recovery? Palpitations through the roof.

Thank you.

Check interactions with other medications & even supplements if you take any..
Be clear with the Dr about all other things you take..are you still taking Valium?
There is a risk of interactions..

Propranolol can be a valuable rescue medication. It should not be taken as a maintenance med. If you spike in blood pressure and pulse, having a propranolol or atenolol available can help you get settled. Use the minimum dose. Those tiny pills can be broken into pieces. My wife gets help from 1/4 of a tiny atenolol pill.
