Anti MAG neuropathy

I hope this is the right forum. I was just diagnosed, but have been dealing with neuropathy since 2000 after a surgery. Anyone have any ideas about exercise that helps with such pain in the feet and legs? Does a plant diet help? Thank you for your help.

There is some information about eating in a healthy way (lots of plant-based foods) which may help with anti-MAG neuropathy
