Ms symptoms?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 3 years ago. Recently i have had numbness in two fingers and pins and needles in all my right fingers and thumb and a weekness. I have also noticed a sinking/slipping feeling in my right foot which knocks me off balance and some reoccurring visual blurring. Im not sure if this is something different to my fibromyalgia diagnosis?

Welcome, carenwells67!

The symptoms you mention could be symptoms of MS but then they could also be symptoms of many other disorders or maybe even caused by some medicine you've been taking.

I believe that so far there's no test for fibromyalgia? It's possible you've been misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia when there was really something else going on.

Maybe it's time for a different doctor? If possible, ask your primary care doctor for a referral to a competent neurologist who can assess your symptoms.

The problem with your right foot sounds a bit like foot drop and would be a cause for concern as you might fall and be injured badly. I hope you will get a thorough medical workup soon. Even if you've just had one, maybe it needs to be redone.

I don't mean to alarm you. The symptoms could suddenly vanish and never trouble you again. But in the meantime we're not doctors here, and can only point you toward professional medical help when it seems called for.

But do feel free to come here and discuss what's on your mind. We're here for you.:grouphug:
