Hey all - it's that time again.....What's up? How are you all doing? Any plans for the weekend?

Me, - My DIVORCE is FINAL - YIPPEE -WOOHOO:D ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!:)

Going to be a hot hot weekend, probably get some pool time in.

Went to the dentist yesterday, have to have that periodontal procedure, takes three appointment, I dread it., plus a few cavities, plus there are teeth they don't think they can save, just had 2oth about a month ago,then I have a lot of bone loss too.:(

Did a lot of cleaning out draw's yesterday, amazing the things you think you lost and then they were in a pile of the junk draw. HA

Thinking about taking a mini trip back North East to see my friends. Dirk will take care of my mom and pets. Now I just have to figure out when.

Well you are reading the writings of a very weary person. I am very tired today. In about 10 minutes I will be going home. Thank goodness too. It was a rough week dealing with the back pain and all.
I hope that this weekend is uneventful and I don't have to do a thing!:D

Work is frustrating.
The counselor annoyed me; then I told her I can't see her for a few months anyway because of my work schedule.
I'm still not sleeping at night . . . hubby is with his buddies eating and watching DVDs.
I need to make appointments for a mamogram and also get caught up on other dr things.
The apt is a mess.
I got a referral for someone who will come to my apt. and do some clothes alterations like hems and mending . . .
I need to get to the gym tonight.

But first I am going to the mall to look for some cheap, fun jewelry. I'm bored with myself.

Hi,
I took a 2 hour nap, went to the mall where I bought junk jewelry, drove to the grocery story, and stopped at the pharmacy to pick up meds.
I got to the gym too late -- they were closing.

The counselor told me to call her at the end of the month and we can talk on the phone a litte. I'm tired of her and I am certainly tired of driving across town and down town to see her.
Most importantly, she has not helped me with sleep. It is time for another plan.


I hope that people here have good weekends. :)

I think you are thinking clearly...time for a new plan.
Stopped seeing my therapist a couple of months ago when I decided her sessions were no longer helpful.
I told her I was ready to move on and left the door open in case I want to come back....did not want to burn that bridge...she has helped me before.
Rmember the woman I was trying to get together with...she kept ignoring my emails...we are getting together tomorrow.
Going to an art walk.I can't wait for her to see my red hair and to see her chickens...these small hens that she raised from chicks! and she lives in the city! Wonder how her neighbors feel about the chickens!
I was so happy when I finally heard from her...she did not reject me again....I can't tell her how I felt...don't want to push her away....
Had dinner tonight with our friends, Hubby cooked up a storm, shrimp salad and broiled talapia fish and fresh asperagus, margaritas and chocolate cookies for desert!
wonderful meal.
and talked with my girl friend...she has been so depressed....her welbutrin is finally kicking in....it is hard knowing what to say....I let her talk....

and nicko, start planning that trip but don't tell your mom about it until a few days before you leave....just my opinion...less time for her to get all worked up or to throw guilt on you....so nice of Dirk to offer and congratulations on the divorce being finalized...yippie!

Things are looking up. We got a great car and things are just looking up. I hope to hear from this agent on Monday requesting a full reading. If not her I'll send off to someone else, the point is I like her (this one I dealt with on my first novel that she passed politely on with good criticism) and want to see if she'll take a chance on this new book I crafted this past two weeks. :)

We're going to get a seat cover for the car because Jackie got a wicked case of hives reacting to something in his environment that he either ate or was exposed to. We think it might have been orange soda but then we're not too sure, so rather then be worried about the backseat, we're going to cover it. :) I am looking forward to getting out and around in this car. It drives so nice. Anyway we're having a good weekend here. Hope everyone else is doing good. It sounds like we've all made some good decisions and things are paying off for all our hard efforts. :D :hug:

Well I'm around just having to get Derrick ready for school. He goes back next wednesday. And trying to stay out of the line of fire. My husband waits till August to do the stupid income taxes, he always files a extension. Idiot. We have rentals and he gets stressed and doesn't get done and started filing the extension found he liked the time and then waited instead.

Need to break the cycle next year somehow. But will wait till next year.
Anyway, the big thing here, my diet went south last week, but hopefully I didn't gain a lot, because I was careful. It wasn't my fault the stupid refrigerator went out taking all our food of course. And the hubby wasn't about to leave his taxes.

But finally last night he couldn't take it any longer so we went shopping for refrigerator, and bought one. And I got to listen to him getting mad at it all night. But its in the kitchen, and the kitchen is a mess this morning.

And we have no food still. But that will change with time.

But not today, taxes still today. So the food is still take out for me and derrick.

I just got back from checkers or rallys depending on what state you are in. I love their fries!

It was not fast though...waited 20 minutes for our food in drive thru!
Getting ready to go to an estate sale...down the street...
IT IS SO HOT TODAY!!!!!

Just walked down to a neighbors garage sale....she was talking about new orleans and Hurricane Katrina and how they lost almost everything...they had an upstairs and everything up there was saved.
They moved here 2 years ago right after the storms....jsut down the street and I never met them before....
