Intranasal ketamine spray-question

Just wondering if anyone uses intranasal ketamine spray. I was using it for erythromelalgia and small fiber neuropathy and nearly got my life back. Suddenly in October 2020 I developed major problems with my sinuses!!!!

Just wondering if anyone had this problem too?

You could try the Search Feature . I just tried it after reading your post here. Maybe someone from RSD/CRPS might be able to help.

I ran some searches for you in PubMed as well but couldn't find anything particularly applicable. However, the one old thread in RSD/CRPS forum does mention "too much irritation in her nasal passages" in Post Number 10 and also trouble with nostrils in Post Number 6.
