Hi.. Im just looking for some answers to help with this tingling p.n.. I had no idea so many people suffer with it. Im finding out many family and friends also have it. thanks...

Tingling must be very common. I have MS and abnormal tingling was one of the first symptoms I had. Having it constantly must be very annoying.

my PN started about four months ago with some numbness in the ball of my left foot. now its in the front parts of both feet. sometimes they feel cold and are sometimes cold to the touch. taking gabapentin and use a salve prescribed by my neurologist. it has gabapentin, lidocaine4% and two other ingredients. I have walgreen brand 4% lidocaine cream which seems to help, my blood sugar levels average 200

Diabetes is a major cause of PN, and your B.S. levels are high..Are you seeing a doctor, if not, get to one.

There are many reasons for PN and diabetes and alcoholim are major ones. Alot of good help in the PN group and I've posted a lot about what helps me and my friends.
