Arachnoiditis and hot tubs
 

Wondering if anyone can help me.
I have Arachnoiditis and every time I get out of the hot tub, my muscles hurt so bad, even when I sit in the middle away from the jets.
I drink water before going in and still suffer afterwards.

Please help with suggestions

I looked up your term and it's inflammation mostly and my thinking is that HOT tub soaking only inflames your issues more. And hot tubs are not the healthiest of places to go into anyway.
