Coffee's History of Health Benefits

I drink a cup every day to get going. Before my coffee I'm pretty wiped out from a long night's sleep and not moving. But I keep it to one cup, in my working life, it was 2 cups but don't anymore. Water the rest of the day.

For me, it gets me going, helps with pain and until I get that cup in my, I'm not very good.

I have been doing a bullet drink for some time now, a small amount of coconut oil and then a little stevia and some coconut creamer.

Good benefits in this link:

I believe many have sworn off coffee as it's gotten a bad rap but I'm not talking drinking it all day...Nope.

As always do what you feel is best for your life and health.

If you drink too much coffee it can give some people loose stools. :(

That can be true for some/many and for me I welcome looser vs compacted....

I will add here too, MANY are so constipated in our country and I have been one of them. And to me also a good Loose BM is a great clean out/detox. A friend and I talk about everything and one is this subject and how good one feels after a Good Clean out.....light for starters. And again, the "right" amount and each body is different and some say they can't drink coffee and that's their body.

Thinking back to my mom who had a life of constipation and she drank so little coffee and would drink that sanka stuff and if I knew then what I know now I could have helped my mom more and me too.

I have heard that from people, but unfortunately I've not benefited in that way.

I know people that say their morning coffee pushes them over, but people do take fiber supplements as well and I find some extra Vit C and Extra Magnesium help me a lot and the coffee is an added plus. And helps my pain and wakes me up more.
