EFT - aka Tapping

I've been doing this work, it's actually pleasure for some years. I saw a guru once on tv and went from there. I learned all I do from Brad Yates videos. Here is just one.

New Mastermind starts July 1st! Tapping with Brad Yates - YouTube

I do it every morning with my stretching routine and gets me going for the day and I believe it's helped make my life smoother...going to be 83 soon and live with damage from OA and joint replacement damage to my body.

Do some reading on EFT work and how it could help so many of you.

For starters it gets the blood flowing from not moving much after a night of sleep.

And I believe too it's played a big part in going thru all the covid disaster we've been thru and continue.

I may have posted this Tapping work here earlier, but I can't find it.

Talking about this work with a new member and thought I had posted it here but it's lost in all the posts.

The Tapping Solution FoundationWhat Is Tapping and How Does It Work? - Tapping Solution Foundation

I don't miss a day and it's easy, painless and I believe it helps make life go more smoothly.

Caroline2, is there any independent evidence for what are called Meridian Points (taken from the Tapping Solution Foundation you have cited). Has the energy at these Meridian Points ever been measured independently?

There are many journal articles and more on the theories related to Meridians and health.

Here is one Defining Meridians: A Modern Basis of Understanding - ScienceDirect

At NeuroTalk we give equal space to both conventional and alternative health treatments, without anyone having to "prove" why something works for them. If they find it helpful, they are welcome to share it here - provided of course that is not clearly a dangerous/hazardous suggestion.

There is free EFT tapping info to be found..You can try it yourself for free..

This is where I found EFT info 25 yrs ago..
Free and no side effects was a plus for me give it a try..
It seems pretty wacky, but it did help my rsi back then, maybe if I used it more over the years and more consistently and for other health issues...who knows..

Bringing this up again, I read some here who struggle so much with anxiety and depression and to get into Tapping COULD BE a good support for them. It's free and easy and I can't imagine starting my day without doing my Tapping.

I've learned from Brad Yates videos and didn't cost me a penny, just a desire to feel better. Peace Out folks and try some other protocols.
