I get it in the feet, but normally when I'm awake.

I have posted a lot here on PN, and you can find my posts, but what I do and can highly recommend Topricin Homeopathic Lotion for Pain and I buy the one for Feet and it works on all areas and the Foot lotion is just a little thicker, one needs to wear socks all the time, I do.

Hi Mark,

Are you able to be more specific and identify and name the muscles around the knee that are cramping?

Best wishes,

Atty

Mark D, are you taking adequate magnesium re: cramps.

I have to agree about the magnesium as caroline2 has mentioned. I have been in so much pain recently for various reasons and that combined with my Restless Leg Syndrome has made sleeping extremely difficult. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have my magnesium spray, epsom salt foot baths and mag tablets. It doesn't "fix" it but it truly does help me.

It's certainly worth trying and it's something that's not too expensive.

And there is a lot of info on the Magnesium deficiency in our population. MrsD discussed magnesium a LOT. And there is a lot of info here on Mag.

Hi yep it's around the outside of the knee on the right side

I have started grape seed extract just a couple of days ago so far a little less burning pain

Good and I've mentioned here a friend with longtime PN and went on Grape Seed Ex probably 15 yrs ago now, got off the gabepentin and is doing pretty good, she just turned 90 and probably 40 yrs of PN behind her. So much depends on severity of PN and make sure you take enough Grape Seed Ex for your bodyweight.

And I've mentioned if one takes blood thinners drug, can't take both. Grape Seed Ex cleans and thins the blood. c
