New member.
Hi, I’m new here also, Just diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis. I already have anxiety and depression.
Hoping to find info and support here as I am extremely anxious at this point. |
Welcome Januarybaby. :Wave-Hello: Someone will be along.

OP: I was told spinal stenosis probably close to 20 yrs ago from MRI's, and I was in my 60's and now 83, and I keep hanging in and do a lot of stretches which I feel help that part of my body. I don't know if there is much info here on SS and did you do a search like: Alternative work for spinal stenosis. I think I'll do that today too. And I don't even know if any surgery is recommended there but I would NOT do any regardless.

Just looking at this site and I was out of glucosame/chondrotin for a week or so I believe I was in more pain, so I'm now back to taking it. In this link at the bottom left there is a good stretch a woman is doing and I do this one every day.
Alternative Treatments for Spinal Stenosis | Acupuncture and Massage This is definitely major in my daily stretches and for sure when I start moving around after a night's sleep. I do 20--30 minutes of stretches. Weekly Penny And I include TAPPING work in my routine too. I do this without fail too.
