This will change your life. IBT Inclined bed therapy

Hello, I am new here too and have some info I know will help. many of you.

I am 69 years old and have suffered from neuropathy in my feet forever as well chilblains.
Not long ago I started having face nerve problems, left side upper lip side of face behind my eye and at the top of my head pain that really got my attention.. Fairly common problem as I see it.
I read about jaw issues and after experimenting some I can eliminate the pain by moving my lower jaw forward a small amount.
Shaving, chewing, brushing teeth touching my upper lip etc all the triggers do not cause me pain if my lower jaw is positioned slightly forward.

IBT was what reduced my foot neuropathy from a constant pain to just background noise and my chilblains although not a pain the odd colors in my feet have all but gone..

I stumbled upon IBT which is Incline Bed Therapy. Rather than tell you all about it here just search Andrew Fletcher/IBT.
Just by chance I came across this and my wife and I have been practicing it for over a year and I am here to tell you, BELIEVE the claims Fletcher/IBT makes they are real.
I will admit it sounds too good to be true but it works for me my wife and numerous friends and has had PROFOUND POSITIVE EFFECTS on our health and well being..
Its all about enhancing your circulation during sleep and it makes huge improvements to various body systems.

Read about with an open mind and try it.
Now I am going to be blunt….if you are foolish enough to blow this concept off, something that has been in practice for about 2000 years, cost$ you NOTHING to do and all that is required is for you to SLEEP to gain the benefits,, then what more can I say?
