Help for my kid

My son is 16. He fell at school after twisting his ankle and when he got up he blacked out for a few seconds and had trouble balancing. He got a headache that increased in intensity over a few days and for 4 weeks now it hasn't gone away. It ranges in intensity 7-9 out of 10. He also has severe dizziness and can't walk at a regular pace without being so dizzy he's about to fall over. We went to his primary doctor about 4 days after the incident when it wasn't getting better and they said it sounded like a concussion and referred us to a sports concussion clinic. The concussion specialist doctor did some tests and agreed and tried giving him prednisone and NSAIDS the first week. 2nd week follow up, symptoms were not really improved at all so she started him on imatrex and an Rx anti inflammatory. 3rd week follow up, symptoms not improved at all so she ordered an MRI, prescribed maxalt and referred us to a neurologist. Neurologist looked at him and prescribed meloxicam and a beta blocker, then gave a referral to a neuropsychologist for an evaluation and wanted to know the results of the MRI which was the next day. Concussion specialist doctor that ordered the MRI called and said it came back normal. While I was initially incredibly relieved by that news, I'm at my wits end. We're at the end of week 4 now with no improvement. I guess it's notable that symptoms haven't worsened though. None of the medications have really helped at all. The headache and dizziness never go away. It fluctuates in intensity from 7-9 out of 10, but never below that or goes away. We're waiting for the neuropsychologist evaluation, but I really don't see how that's going to help. I've never felt so helpless in my life. If anyone has suggestions or has experienced anything like this please let me know. I need my kid back to normal.

Is he limiting activities, electronics, screen time??
Those things tax the brain when some down time and calm/quiet is needed..
