Small fibre neuropathy in hands.

Hi everyone, I’m having some difficulty with ny hands recently. The cold weather in the Uk isn’t helping. Anyone have hands that look like this? See attachment. My little finger on my right hand feels numb (not completely) after the last joint. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this.
