my legs are feeling stronger-what a relief
 

a huge relief. it has been almost two months since my last major fall. I think I am finally recovering again. I think being forced to stand with my walker on Monday for about 15 minutes waiting for a cab must have really helped but at the time made me think that I was really crippled. I bet P.T. might help me this time. I am high.
Maybe soon I will be able to take a bath instead sponge baths. The depression is gone again. wow.
I bought another interactive cat toy for Aby. I read today that Abys might be the smartest cats. My Aby is the third Abyssinian who has owned me.
Back to reading, listening to music and drinking more coffee.
Yesterday my therapist I were working on building self esteem. My parents had taught me to be a doormat. Bruce and I did agree .that most people are dumb. That came up when I mentioned how I have difficulty having conversations with most people.
He told me today to try to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade and then watch the dog show.

I am glad that your legs are better.

and I watched some of the parade and the dog show today too! It was the first time I woke up early enough in recent years. :)

I missed the parade this year. Maybe next year.
