bloody nose and colored tv
 

I remember that I used to have a lot of scary bloody noses and my mother was caring. She was a former RN. Still she basically encourage me to take the caretaker's role at a very young age and neglected to teach me how to take care of myself.
Also without asking they gave me the money to buy a color tv which was thoughtful.
