I mean, I'm forgetting some things, but I think my mind is just overwhelmed. i'm not sure. or it's ADHD but sometimes even my H gets frustrated with me for forgetting...like I got distracted and left the stove on again tonight eek! it can be scary. Caroline wrote me back and said that she takes 200mg daily but can't take it if you are on a blood thinner. jeff bought me some yesterday at the health food store 100mg so I will take 2 pills, starting tomorrow.

from what I just read, only people with hypertension should not take vit c with the grape seed extract.
I don't have hypertension. I just had a nice bm sennacot to the rescue Well it was really peri colaceI took 4 last night at mid night. It took 19 hours to work. That is a long time to wait. I normally take 3 a day.If no bm in 3 days then I will take the 4 pills. and I usually go 12 hours later. sorry if TMI.:o bizi |

HI pink kitty.
nice to see you. we were away from home over the holidays and then had my brother in law drive here from mobile alabama for new years. so that was fun we ate out alot went to a friends house for gumbo for new years eve, then just went back to our house to watch the ball drop. in new york then new orleans and then went to bed. We went out to eat at bone fish grill for new years day , my birthday. and had a delicious meal every one was happy. I had sea bass with crab white sauce. I had a bowl of soup and a salad. very tasty. I am still alcohol free since nov 1st 2021. I have swapped addictions from alcohol to these partake non alcoholic beers with 10 calories and less than .5% alcohol, I usually drink 3-4 at night then 1or2 of the 0.0.0. no calories, no alcohol at all. and taste sort of like beer. I hope you have a great new year ahead of you. bizi |
