words I hate to hear.

there are 3-4 words that I hate hearing.

Do you remember?......
Don't you remember?....

My memory is terrible.
hubby gets frustrated with me. He said he would take care of me

when I am feeble..... I told him that I was closer to that

than I like (if truth be told.)
sigh

oh no, Bizi!
I can only imagine. I mean, I'm forgetting some things, but I think my mind is just overwhelmed. i'm not sure. or it's ADHD
but sometimes even my H gets frustrated with me for forgetting...like I got distracted and left the stove on again tonight eek!
it can be scary. I'm sorry you hate those words. I'm sure it brings a lot of anxiety too. *hugs*

Bizi

Sending some hugs and good thoughts. Remind him that things
get worse with anxiety when he reminds you that you forget.

have you tried any supplements for your memory. Jeff is such a dear. You are blessed. Later I will do some research but I bet your memory will get a lot better now that you are consuming only a teeny weeny bit of alcohol.
Also you keep yourself so very busy that that we part of it because maybe you don't give yourself enough time to reflect. also check out your medications and see if a side effect is impairing your memory.
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIND TO YOURSELF.
love.

notice the last line about healing

Multiple studies have found a link between excessive alcohol use and damaged brain function, resulting in such conditions as dementia, deficits in learning and memory, mental disorders, and other cognitive damage. Without intervention, the brain can be permanently impaired by chronic alcohol use. With treatment, it’s possible to reverse this damage and heal the brain.

What are the 3 foods that fight memory loss? If you're asking for 3 foods that fight memory loss, berries, fish, and leafy green vegetables are 3 of the best. There's a mountain of evidence showing they support and protect brain health.

Thank you bobby.
I took prevagen for a while and saw no difference.

I only took it for a month.
That was disappointing.
It was expensive.

When the researchers studied the positive changes in gray matter volume, they concluded that most of these changes occurred in the three-week span between the end of the first week of abstinence and the end of the first month of abstinence. The positive changes in white matter volume occurred at a fairly consistent pace throughout the seven and a half months of abstinence.

you won't give up. you are winning the battle and you will come the victor.
I just broke down and ordered three packages of the cookies. i broke my denture on one of them-living dangerously.
I don't know how long plateaus last.
Aren't you are excited that your memory will come back gradually?
love
bobby
