Talk about pain clinic and more

So had pain clinic yesterday and tho I got the usual by the very best nurse there is still a new attitude from her that was very hurtful. In past she was kinda my last cheerleader in Cedar Rapids. Before the start of the procedure she questioned my need for my a wheelchair. Pretty sure she could read the stunned look on my face. I gave the short answer of no it’s no safe as I am more of a Noodle today. The low budget setup of this clinic has a procedure room that is not set up for elderly or disabled folks. The room is also very small so when I am in their giant wheelchair I BARELY get thru the door into that room. On Monday I discovered my last trip to ER for Steroids ended in him giving me a smaller dose. That was on the 12 th. This really put me in a dark place. Monday morn I was in such bad shape I had to take my Mestinon I keep at bedside and stay in bed till it kicked in enough whic took an hour given state of steroids. A call to my new neuro at Mayo and talk with his extremely great secretary shifted my mood up a good bit. Sculptor44i
