Neuropathy- new member- list of symptoms

Hey, first time posting. I came across this site and thought maybe you guys could give me some insight.
I'm on a waiting list for a neurology appointment but it may be another year, after being diagnosed with simply 'neuropathy' a few years ago.
I have had all of these symptoms my entire life (i am 26) and nothing i research seems to cover every symptom.

I suffer daily from nerve pain, ranging from moderate to agonisingly painful, sometimes it feels like itching under my skin but most often it is a shooting stabbing pain, all of my body is affected.
Frequent, random numbness, in addition to very regular pins and needles, regardless of how active or inactive i am.
A feeling of pressure as if someone has placed their hand on me, usually on my back or arm.
Hypersensitive skin- clothing is uncomfortable, i am always itchy and i am hypersensitive to pain- a light punch is very painful to me and having my skin touched softly also hurts.
Regular muscle twitching
I experience what i call 'pulsing' but it is NOT my pulse- movement under my skin that can last seconds or even hours, all over my body but often under my eye, i have a video of it happening and it is certainly not my pulse
What i call 'brain fizzing' but i realised tonight may be Scalp Dysesthesia?- A horrible senstation that starts at the bottom of my skull and then covers my brain, i can only describe it as popping candy on my brain. it feels as though im going to die, this has only happened around 3/4 times.
My extremities are always cold to the touch.

I have alot of other medical issues, both physical and psychological which may also be related to whatever is happening with my nerves. (Ulcerative colitis, joint problems, skin problems, back problems, feet problems, OCD, depression, anxiety, on the waiting list for diagnosises for bipolar and autism). Not really sure what the point of this post is? It'd be nice to know im not alone in this i guess, and also maybe get some answers. Any additional information any of you could give me would be great. Like i said, ive been suffering with this my whole life but it is getting worse and im concerned about where i'll be in 5/10/15 years time.
Thanks.

OP : Only 26 and with so many health issues. The neuropathy could be coming from any one or more of the issues. I've posted here what has helped me a lot and what others have been helped too:

Grape Seed Extract
Inosine (for nerve issues)
Sphingolin (for nerve issues)

Reduce/eliminate sugars (including refined carbs) and look at the foods issue.

Increase your Vit C and make sure you Vit D levels are sufficient.

Your post sounds familiar and perhaps another person posted with the same story.

This makes me wonder about RSD/CRPS.. we have a forum for that if you want to read more to see if it fits for some of your symptoms.

I have pretty much all that. Not the other medical conditions though. I have knocked out a lot of it, like the dropping stuff, and swaying walking in dark, and the crawling under skin, etc etc. Major detox. - many months of specific detox minerals, powders etc. all natural. Then did a 44 day water fast to get the toxics out of the muscles. Only added liquid minerals liquid electrolytes. Its all improved massively after reaching unbelievable levels of pain and so much else. I also take Pure Liposomal Glutathione every day. Essential.
