Thoracic Outlet Syndrome?

Hello, Hope all are doing pretty well today. I am interested in information and experiences regarding Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Approximately 20 years ago a doctor told me I had Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, left greater than right. I underwent physical therapy at that time for it but found no relief. I am experiencing more pain, mid back area, both shoulders, mid left abdomen area, and pain in my hands and tingling in both arms. Can anyone tell me your experiences with pain, diagnosis, etc? I have mentioned this to several of my doctors and they are like: you can't have that it is a rare condition and just dismiss it. Tired of hurting and being ignored. Thanks for any insight.
