Would drinking plenty of fluids help reduce excitotoxic glutamate levels?

Would drinking plenty of fluids help reduce excitotoxic glutamate levels?

The idea is to drink plenty of fluids possibly helping reduce the amount of extracellular glutamate but potentially decreasing ion content of the nervous system so replace same and boost antioxidants also:

possibly, Three pints of Salted Caramel Ice Cream (for the neuro ions: Na+ (Sodium), Cl⁻ (Chlorine), Ca2+(Calcium))
Five glasses of Orange Juice (for the neuro ions K+ (Potassium))

One of 'my' researchers is always saying antioxidants:
one pint of Blueberries {for the antioxidants} and almonds, α-tocopherol supplements (one at breakfast and goto sleep)?

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis reversals possibly caused by dilution?

This case resonates with me because I love snow; a familial edition, one for watching because maybe playing hockey at an early age will stifle the development of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis?
