Question re: Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine/P-5-P
 

Hello All!

I want to begin taking B 6 and I began reading an awesome thread on this forum. It is fairly old from the original poster and honestly, it is way too technical for me.

For Peripheral Neuropathy:

1. Are you all taking the B6 Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate? Versus, not sure what.
2. How much do you take per day? I am reading various accounts on this.
3. Are you taking with food or an empty stomach?

I take 50mg P5P close to bed and generally on hardly any food in stomach. I've posted a lot about P5P recently and please look in the Vitamin area, as I believe you'll find my info there.
