Bizi's new october thread 2022
 

Well the truth is that I have been drinking ever since the reunion and there as well, on the airplane.
The other night I had 7 units of beer. and had a hard time sleeping. Most nights it's 2-3 drinks which
shows some moderation for most nights.
I have been having cold type symptoms for over a week now last week thought for sure I either had
covid or strep throat, went to the walk in clinic,
and tested negative for both. so that was good.
He gave me prednisone for 4 days and antibiotics which I did not stay on because it was probably
viral and I was getting heart burn from them.
after the honey moon of the steroids masking all of my symptoms and giving me a break from them
I now have symptoms worse then before. So I started up on the antibiotics again.
I feel like I have a nasty cold. So again the antibiotics won't work for the common cold.
Just in case it is a sinus infection????
Hate being sick....can't afford to take off work.
Am going to bed early tonight to get some more sleep in.

Get lots of rest, and get yourself some sinus medicine just in case its
that. Also be careful and get lots of water in the system.

The truth of the matter is that I am not taking very good care of myself.
My knee still hurts and my back still hurts. I keep forgetting to take the huge antibiotic.
I have not done PT even though it was ordered months ago.
It just seems like a waste of time and sleep.
I forgot to take my morning meds at lunch.
I am not getting to the gym and walking on the tred mill.
How are we going to be able to take another big trip if I can't walk a mile?
I have been sneaking drinking during the day when I have a cancellation. In the middle of the day.
I will stop by fat pats for 2 baby beers.

Did that the past 2 days.
We went to the tap room and met friends for ladies night 50% off food and drinks for the ladies.
We had not seen denise nor kelli in months. Denise wanted us to meet her boyfriend..
They are so happy with each other. He is very handsome and sweet.

I like the flow nase the best of the things that I have been taking.
When I did not take it I had a seriously ridiculous amount of coughing so much that I could not breath.
And worried my client.
the zyrtek only does so much..
I have to tell them that I have been tested for covid so they don't worry any more.
today I feel fine no coughing fits I have not blown my nose at all today.
my voice sounds deeper still but hey oh well.
I am behind in my charting. I really need to do that.I am a month and a half behind.

it is so f@#king hard to be bipolar and I have read that it get worse with age. I too am screwing up on medication and food and getting fatter. i wonder if i am now full blown diabetic.

wrote that i read 1/2 bipolar people suffer from drinking too much. the article didn't offer any solutions so i just feel badly for you and don't worry, now i won't ever get on your case but listen and maybe you shouldn't get on yours.
having james come to my house for p.t. does really help. he is my cheer leader. I really get down on myself big time with overwhelming feelings of hopelessness and self anger..

Well that makes 2 large bms today formed and not too hard to pass. I still don't have the urge, conversely I have the urge to pee. Then end up having BMS. 3 peri colace did the trick. I can't believe I had them. I was taking too much stool softeners. That totaled 150mg of stool softener and 26 mgs of senna. The equivalent of one exlax. except exlax doesn't have any stool softener in it.
anyway, I am quite relieved.

We went out of town for a fall festival,

St. franciseville about 2 hours from our home.
we ended up getting a room at a hotel holiday inn express.

We had reservations for 2 for the 8;30 pm haunted house tour.

WE enjoyed ourselves. before the tour we went to
dinner at this pub.
had drinks and good seafood for dinner. shared some

char broiled oysters.
yummy.
I had a seafood salad and jeff had the red fish.

both were delicious.

The haunted tour was good except the docent was

new as we were her 4th tour. she spoke really fast

and got out of breath many times.
The house was lovely.
Our hotel room was about a 20 minute drive going

south so the next day today we were able to pick up

an interstate so no more twisty curvey roads like on the way there.
We had some breakfast at the hotel included scrambled
eggs with sausage pattie that I put sausage gravy on
both., a yogurt and coffee. perfect breakfast but have to

say that I am a bit peckish.
husband is busy getting things ready for the haunting tomorrow.

It is fun!
