Could this be aneurysms

Could this be a aneurysm? So first of all I am going to name off my new symptoms, that have started just this past month. So on February 6th or around that time rather I started having a constant flashing light eye strobe across my visual field which has not stopped since. Then on February twenty second everything became tilted in my visual feild where everything looks like it is slanted to the left and sometimes the right like everything is all crooked and nothing looks straight my phone screen looks all like everything on it is tilted and my right side seems taller then my left in my visual field. i have been having a bad headache everyday on top of my chronic head pain which I am going to get into. My ears are also getting episodes of being super sensitive to sound everyday and one of my eyes sometimes when I close the other eye also has tv static. One time I also had a auditory hallucination and heard music when it was not playing . Now for the symptoms I have had for years, in December 2018 I developed a headache and a sore spot on my head that never went away. The headache is across my entire head, feels like a tight bad around my head and then a very sore spot that always hurts on my right side. In January 2019, my right arm started tingling and never stopped and I also became constantly dizzy which means I have never since 2018 experienced a moment where I'm not dizzy or tingling or in pain. The sore spot in my head also went into behind my right eye which is constant and my neck which is constant. I also have constant tingling across my body. Now I have all these new and more worrysome symptoms which are really scaring me. I have not had a mri since 2018.

annab98,
I have no clue what this could be. Have you had your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist?

Well call me crazy, but shouldnt every one of these questions and symptoms be told to a dr? I lost a good friend just over a year ago to an aneurysm.(1/18/22)
Nothing to fool around with.

RIP John.
