I am proud of my self for staying AF since ash wednesday.
that makes it 11 days, 35 days left before
easter sunday. That is almost a third of the
way there. thank goodness for these partake
beers nonalcoholic, and low calories.
I am taking a diet pill that I found an

infomercial on and it was so compelling

that I bought it. I was drinking heavily

when I started it.It is called exipure.
I should have done some research on it
there are capsules with different colored
pills/ingredients. Makes me very suspicious
that I got duped.

I bought a three months supply.

It costs $177 for the 3 month supply.

I am taking them since I bought them.
I also bought on impulse the tooth/gum care:
parodontax tooth paste, TheraBreath healthy gums oral rinse

and prodentim dissoluble with saliva, another face
book infomercial That was 45 days supply

since I am using it twice a day. another $177 dollars.

I use all three products 2 time per day.
Ironically, I had some bleeding when I spit
out tooth paste that is supposed to prevent
gum bleeding. That has not happened in a

very long time. I use an electric tooth brush.

and I am still wearing my mouth guard at night.
I am worried about my gums.

The dentist scared me last time.
was there saying they were watching 8 teeth of
mine on the lower teeth. I have a small mouth

and my lower teeth are getting crowded, thought

about braces but the cost of that is expensive,

and can take up to 2 years to fix your teeth.
The only thing I don't do now is floss my teeth.
As I said I have a small mouth and the glade sliders individual
flossing makes it easier to use but they always get stuck

in between my teeth and I end up sawing them to try to
floss and hurt my gums.
So I gave up flossing and won't let them do it either.
have you heard enough about my teeth?

look up narrow brush head on amazon.. use it under gums for plaque etc. it really helps.

Way to go being AF still that means you made it through the party.

I've had really good two days. Just small headaches right now.
Still going to doctor on Friday. Not sure what to think, but know
they aren't migraines. And I am seeming to play tag with the
group trying to make the ct scan appointment stupid people.

Its really interesting today I get a call from another office.

But they gave me the 877 number for central scheduling.

And I've tried calling it but something is wrong with that
number so I'll call it tomorrow. And see if its fixed.
