I think it originated from facebook. but how did they get donnas name?maybe we are friends on facebook.

I know many people that got their Facebook account hacked.
Most of them shared a lot of memes and the posts that say copy this and post on your page .

Most of those things are just click bait.. and the name test quiz things .

Last night was up late trying to get out of a loop. someone was changing my pass word I could not get in but some how it worked and I am on face book for the time being.I just minimized the page and went to bed. this morning I maximized the page and I was still on jeff thinks that when the computer decides to reboot our computer I will have to log in again. and the same damn thing will happen all over again. maybe not.but I will just minimize the page when I sign leave the sight to face book. Self preservation.

ugh, sounds awful.
I have never been a fb user. I remember when everyone started setting up accounts there and I never trusted it for various reason. More reasons to distrust these days. Sad thing was that people that I thought I knew well just totally disappeared to fb and the other one never to be seen again. Oh well what do you do.

I'm sorry that happened to you bizi. I don't understand how it happened to you and Donna and your sister as well, but I remember how people used to have infected emails and they'd send off to their lists of contacts.

I hope you have it all sorted now bizi and anyone else who was affected.

Ive been hacked on facebook since at least last Wednesday. Its something
in my case where someone started and just kept moving around the
states one night, and it finally got put down by facebook security. As of
now I'm not on facebook at all. Because I don't have an ATM and so far
they haven't given me another way for them to get my account finished
being fixed.

It really hurts because I've been on fb for over 20 years going on 30.
And until this year had never been hacked.

Donna don't pay anyone or give any ATM , gift card or credit card number to anyone saying they will fix your Facebook account. Actually don't give out any of those unless you know who it is ..

My brother got hacked and had about 10 posts appeared right away..saying they will help him recover his account.. I told him don't do it. You can use the Facebook HELP section for real help. Not scammers..
Facebook is free and there are too many scammers trying to get your money .
