MRI advice
 
"Could anyone provide insight or advice on interpreting MRI results? I’m getting conflicting information from ortho and my pcp. Any advice I would greatly appreciate it!! Below I copied what the conclusion of my mri was. Again would really appreciate any help.

CONCLUSION:C6-C7 broad-based right paracentral disc protrusion mildly flattens the right ventral cord. Uncovertebraljoint hypertrophic change with mild right foraminal stenosis.C5-C6 broad-based central disc protrusion with ventral cord abutment. Uncovertebral joint hypertrophicchange and facet degenerative change with mild left foraminal stenosis.C4-C5 broad-based central disc protrusion with near ventral cord abutment.Chronic moderate right otomastoid air cell inflammation and right maxillary sinus mucous retention cystformation partially visualized. Mild adenoidal soft tissue hypertrophy with several small cysts, favored tobe benign and reactive in with for which clinical correlation would be of value.

this means the symptoms you tell your drs about.. location and pain level.
