does anyone know of any good sites for cardiovascular forums, and recent heart rate
 

i checked my pulse and blood pressure using a blood pressure machine, the average heart rate was 119 bpm!!!!, and the systolic varied between 135 and 144. the dystolic was 77. is there anything i can do for this? i currently take potassium, so that mite help, and recently ive stopped taking fish oil which may hav helped me before. and im gonna ask my doctor about atenolol, becuz i hav anxiety issues as well.

oh yah and does anyone know of any good sites for blood pressure or heart rate?
