I need to update mine...... Eva is 1 now. I also have to upload like 3mo worth of pictures from the digital camera. I guess thats easier than taking film to whereever to get it developed.

Hi Law

Nice to hear from you! Sorry to hear about your set-back (sp?). I know how excited you were about starting school, and have been wondering how you were doing. Hope things work out for you for next semester. Maybe you can use this time to get a head start on some of your course readings to make things a little easier for when you go back? Best of luck.

Hey, Laura

i have often wondered how you were doing, my neighbor in sherman oaks! how's your mom? so sorry to hear that the return to school for your masters program did not work out for you this year. i know what a disappointment that must be for you, laura. but you need to do what is best for you, to take care of your health (i know you know this). TOS is a robber of time!

chelsea is thinking of going back for her masters in social work... she has taken a job at an elementary school campus under a 3-year grant right here in the valley, working with special needs elementary school kidz (kindergartners, mostly), doing nondirective play therapy. loves, loves, loves it! omigod she is just over the moon for this work, law. but of course it doesn't quite cover her overhead without that advanced degree - so she is still having to work nights for the celebrity chefs downtown. (i tell friends i can get them the "FOC'M" discount [friends of chelsea's mom] if they go to eat at Ciudad, at 5th & Figueroa...:D).

welcome back and i know this year will be a healing one for you, so that next year you can go ahead back to school and pursue your dreams. please let us know what you are up to tx-wise as well as what your plans are. good to see you, kid. hang in there!
