ang....and remission

hey ang,

Good to hear from you! So tell me what is remission like? Are you completely pain free? Do you still have the "popcorn popping" or any other symptoms? Very interested......sometimes I think I might be in remission too but still having some symptoms(although greatly reduced!) Anyway, glad you are feeling better and hope to hear from you soon, jen:cool:

well, i think that i've been so distracted lately because i've had a NASTY flu, that i just forgot about RSD. then it's like, "i'm not hurting!" i've had a month of different medical issues (flu, loooong period) which has consumed my thinking and i didn't realize that the RSD issues were gone. only one time did i handle some frozen chicken breasts and my right side went wacko - my hand/arm went purple, but it was gone in about 24 or so hours.

i haven't been doing ANYTHING strenuous - probably because i have no energy, but maybe that was necessary. who knows. my body temperature is still out of whack. i'm still wearing fleece, but i'll take it over the pain any day.

shalom,
a

Awesome, Unrouley! It's great to hear. I'm glad you got too sick and tired to do all the exercising you were doing... it really wasn't good for you. I have no room to talk, as you know, lol... I did the same myself at first!

Fleece isn't so bad, lol. I've been wearing it for years now. I can sometimes put on jeans to go to the store or dr., but I usually don't bother. Comfort has become my main concern these days... I could care less what people think of me and my sweat pants. :p

By the way... Michael had a dr.s appt this a.m.... and he didn't even discuss his own health! He went off on the dr. about treating my pain better (or else) and walked out. I can't wait to see how she responds, lol.
