Please explain...
anyone in the forum dare to interpret the results of my leg nerve conductivity tests? I have been to the end of the internet and back trying to decipher what these readings mean. My neuro is due back in two weeks and I will see him then, but....curiosity is getting the best of me. Who knows..it could be a learning exercise for all us newbies. If there are any takers I will put em' out there. I certainly don't expect an expert analysis but a general idea would help. Thanx

Please give me a couple of days?
I've done research about what all this means and I still don't get 90% of it, I'll pull together my 'sites' that can help you understand it all, UNLESS someone else beats me to IT?
Hold on tight, this is just part of the 'diagnosis' process! The next steps are less scary [so I am told], I just got used to being a person going thru LOTS OF TESTS! I suppose it gets easier after each test, some I am not too sure about, but each of us have our well 'quirks'? - j |
Isnt there a conclusion on the report?
|
Yeah Joe's right, there should be a conclusion some were.
If its on a seperate page and its only has been sent to your neuro, then i would either phone my neuro's office and ask the office staff as to what was the result of your test or ring the place were you got it done, it's about you, so you should be able to find out before seeing your neuro, i would think, you do realize that its not going to tell you what's causing your PN only how much the large nerves are affected, if affected at this time. good luck, Brian :) |
