insomnia side effect
my dentist prescribed this for teeth grinding. only problem is i can't sleep if i am wearing it. same reason i can't wear a cpap - just can't sleep.
the party line is that you will get used to it. 1-2 hrs of sleep every nite can't be endured very long though, unless you are able to stop driving so as not to kill anybody. |
My doctor explained that I was a good candidate for the device, that he did not think it would work on me, so I opted for a cpap machine, and that works fine with me
