Dr. Rec. in North Bay. Ca. needed...
 

Hi Folks,

I am looking (once again) for a Dr. in the North Bay area, in Ca. I have TOS/RSD and would like a specialist in those areas. A neurologist, or pain management Dr. would be preferred.

I'd really appreciate some help. A dear soul suggested Dr. Ellis, whom I see for my TOS. Unfortunately, he does not have a rec. for pain mngmt. for TOS or RSD. Everyone he knows is retiring, and, I have been to U.C.S.F. and Stanford to no avail. U.C. (according to my surgeon there) does not meet the needs of an RSD pt. ( even tho I had my 1st stellate ganglion block there :Scratch-Head: ) and Stanford just wants to get you off your meds. :eek: !!!

I wish I could help you but I live in PA. and I am also looking for a new PMD.

I went to a rehab center in San Diego when we lived in Vegas but they tried to tell me that my pain was all in my head, so they wouldn't be of much use to you to even get a referral.
