6 month check up
 

Every thing was great!!!!! I have joined Curves since my last 6 month check up and feel much stronger and have more energy. It has showed me though how much weaker I am on my left side than right. I had not been aware of that. So next year it's a one year check up.

Great news! And even if you are weaker on one side than another, the exercise can help you build that side anyway so that the other side doesn't need to compensate so much.
