is your firewall blocking part of the adobe software?

i keep the adobe blocked and tend to forget that when i try and use it. :o

I tried it with the whole internet suite protection turned off also and no go with it that way either.

using a trial of Kaspersky at the moment.

put the school site on the pop up OK list

maybe put the flash/adobe on the pop up OK list>>>hmmm
I'll try that one.

Have you tried another browser like, say, Firefox or Opera, to view the webpage? This can help you whittle down if the problem is with IE or some Microsoft update to the OS.
