Thanks for all the great feedback! It made my decision to go forward with the DVD an easy one. I'm ready for pictures, short video clips, favorite sayings/quotes or anything you would like to say about ALS. If you want to record yourself saying something go for it!

-Pictures don't have to be faces it could be a arm, leg or hand

-No professional pictures please

-If the picture is someone who has passed please include date

Don't be afraid to get creative!!

How to get everything to me?

If it's digital just email it. If you have a picture to scan either send it to me or have it scanned (no less than 300 dpi) and email it. Video clips can either be emailed or mailed. I will be happy to return anything that's mailed to me!

I will wait for pictures etc. until the second week in October.

About Me
I am a 31 year old mother (Clay 6) and wife (Tim). Pre-ALS I was a part time dental assistant, part time CNA and a nursing student. Tim and I kept busy with softball, volleyball, hunting, fishing and camping. Watching Clay grow up is my hobby! I have my own business putting VHS/8mm, pictures and slides on DVD. I do this for weddings, anniversarys, graduatetions, funerals etc. It helps keep my mind busy!
