Question: GF food in a Pizza restaurant with tossing of dough...???

So, they can guarantee gluten free food, but they have an open kitchen and they toss regular pizza dough (partially for entertainment) in the dining room! Should we skip it?
Is that flour in the air enough to make her sick? Or is it not a big deal? She won't be eating it, of course.
Thoughts?

I assume Iave DH too, noe diagnosis but I have this burnig itching rash on gluten. It came back when I baked bread for dh last fall so I gave it up. It is known that DH patients often get the rash back from airborne gluten. It is not recommenden for celiacs to work in a bakery or other places with foulr in the air...
I do not know about a short-time exposure to flour away from home.

What restaurant is this? I know of a chain in Colorado that has gluten free crusts made separately in a gluten free bakery, and they are cooked away from the regular kind. I have never been there, though, and so I don't know if they toss their regular crusts.

It may depend on whether or not your daughter has a skin sensitivity or not. I don't have DH, so I have no problems unless I actually eat the gluten. I'm pretty brain foggy tonight, so I hope someone with a clear head and scientific expertise can give you a more detailed answer.
