Ok, you forced me out of the woodwork!:o

I'm getting by. Trying to keep my head above water at work.

I haven't had to see a physician in almost a month.:D

My hair has stopped shedding and is showing new growth. No, I don't know for sure why it decided to fall out all at once. I'm just happy it's growing back in, even though the new hair is curly.

My next neuro appt. is 10/15.

Thanks for thinking of us Sally. I have a horrible cold/sinus infection...a wonderful gift from my father-in-law.

I did call the doc yesterday so no need to tell me to do that! One step ahead of all of you! :p

How is everyone else?

Jalee..you still owe me a phone call....:(

I'm holding steady, the pain in my hands is so constant, I'm getting used to it. With the recent hot weather here and adjusting to so much humidity I've had more numbness and discomfort. Thankfully it is much cooler now, more fall like for sure.

I'm grateful for not having the recent bout of other bugs going around, knock wood. I think being with family and out of the stress of a bad relationship has helped. I certainly am sleeping better, although teeth grinding is making my jaw hurt.

For all you out there is is a big hug for you all. :grouphug: Feel better soon.

Beth

Hi Sally and Everyone!

Sorry you're having puter problems Sally. It's really frustrating, isn't it, when certain keys don't work. :( In my "former life" when I played piano, the same was true when a key didn't work. It just wasn't right!!!!

The steroids didn't seem to work as well this last time, still so much PAIN.......in the BUTT if you catch my drift! :( But I am thankful for the cooler, less humid weather. :)

Another stressful thing at the moment is my little Bichon Frise, Susan. As you know, she's 15 years old and within the past few days, she's become blind. She does pretty well in the house walking around really slowly but does bump into things sometimes. She's afraid to go outside since she can't see where she's going. She does seem to enjoy lying on my lap while I'm in my "chair" and we cruise around a little outside. But it's so difficult trying to help her when I'm so stiff and full of spasms. Why do we all have to grow old.......plus dealing with so many health issues???

Otherwise I have my memories and dreams of a normal life. Maybe someday!?

Take care.........:)

I think it's just amazing that with MS and all the problems one has with it, I am just so dang healthy! Had my yearly physical Friday, still have to get all the lab work, might find out I have Diabetes type II. But the MS sx, everything is fine. Hoping that a CPAP might help some of the fatigue.

Main problem I have today is from all the shots I had yesterday. My arms are so sore and I feel so draggy. I'm loading up on the Aleve and going to take an extra Klonopin tonight to help me sleep.

Thank you. I am fine. Just working lots or getting my yearly updates over with for the school year. Which means sitting and staring at someone with a big word bubble over their head and I just smile. It's ok....my work will pay me to go and get it over!

Hey Sally!

I'm hangin' in there.

I'm getting close to contacting an attorney ......remember I was supposed to get new carpet, paid a very large amount of money in July since it was a "special order." Took forever for the carpet to come in, had a installation date of Sept. 17 and 2 days before that I get a call to not clear out rooms.

The other carpet store he had in another town was "locked" down for tax reasons and his funds frozen. He was supposed to call us after meeting with the appropriate people......never heard from him.

Anyway, we have since been in contact with the Corporate office and they are working with us however, they have sent us a letter from their attorneys that will need to be signed before we either get a refund or carpet.

The part I don't care for.......this carpet company is a franchise so each one is individually owned. Corporate will not null and void the original purchase agreement so I need to make sure, with an attorney, that the original purchase agreement can not be enforced if the guy ever reopens his stores which is highly unlikely since he is in a heep of trouble.

But I also don't know if in the event someone else takes over the business if that person(s) can enforce the purchase agreement.

We never saw this coming......we have done business with this carpet company before, about 2 years ago.

Geez What a mess LeeAnn! I hope you can get it untangled and get your carpet installed or at least your money back so you can get the carpet elsewhere. Not the kind of stress you need!
