Hi - I'm New - Herniated Disk
 

Hi all,
I am new, with a herniated disk between C6/7. According to my spine doctor it's a "big honkin' disk" and will likely need surgery - but I'm trying the epidural shots first, had my first one yesterday. So far, no change.

I'm 41, married, a senior technical writer and hot glass artist.
