My husband screwed up My Mozilla

I am going to kill this man.

He sits in front of the computer all afternoon, calmly gets up, I sit down and there is no location bar at the top of the screen. There is no place to type a URL. My favorite places were on the left side so I clicked on this forum, and when I tried to click on the left arrow to go backwards, THERE IS NO LEFT ARROR, OR RIGHT ARROW.

So now, I'm missing, at the top of my screen, anyplace to type in a URL address, and how can I get the left and right arrows???

You know, when you are viewing various websites and you want to go back to the previous one??

Help me Please, before somebody gets murdered in this house.

Melody

P.S. Never mind. I went to the top where it says Toolbars and I clicked on the word navigation. Everything came back. I just it stays there.
I am going to banish this man from the computer. lol

there is a keystroke

on the keyboard that hides the navigation bar--- It can be accidentally hit
while typing. I did this myself one summer when I got back from vacation and was rusty typing. My son says the command exists for people who want to
hide the address they are visiting from prying eyes...like on a plane, or at work, etc.

Alan might have just hit that command by mistake. I totally freaked too, so I understand the feeling! :p

Oh My. You mean I almost killed him because he accidentally hit a key by mistake??? I kept asking him "What the heck did you do, you always do something when you sit at the computer, my screen always changes, WHAT DID YOU DO???" And he kept saying "I have no idea I didn't do anything".

Now I know what happened. He did nothing but hit the wrong key by mistake. At least I now know how to change it back to the way I prefer.

God, the stuff I learn (even by myself at my age, I can still learn, isn't that something??). I turn 60 in a few weeks. Oh my god, my sixth decade.

What do I have to show for it. Tiger Balm, and gray hair!!!!! lol

Can't complain. I still get up in the morning and my house sparkles. Alan thinks the fairies come in while he sleeps and cleans the house. Honestly, men don't know anything. He sees a clean house and says "what did you do today?" I almost bopped him.

When he saw that I took the air conditioner out of the window and cleaned it and put it in the closet (that made him notice that I do stuff), he marveled at me and said "Oh my goodness, do you feel alright, how did you do this".

I said "listen, I'm 60, and while I can still do stuff, I'll still do it". I probably can't do these things when I'm 70 but at 60, I'm still good to go.

Oh, sorry to go off topic but this if funny. I went to youtube and put in Jimmy Durante. A couple of videos came up and one was a 1955 show with Jimmy Durante and Eddie Jackson.

Eddie Jackson was a song and dance man from the 40's and 50's.

Get a load of this.

Now after you watch Jimmy Durante and Eddie Jackson, try and figure out how old they were when they made this show. I almost died and Alan didn't believe me. I thought Eddie Jackson was at least 75 years old.and Jimmy Durante was older. Well I was wrong. Eddie Jackson was 59 and Jimmy Durante was 62. Only two years older than I am now.

Holy Cow!!!
