choking whilst trying to speak

I have been suffering a number of symptoms after a road traffic accident.
Just one of my symptoms is that my speech is sometimes slurred, but other times it feels like I am choking when I try to speak.
I have posted a link to the video of when it feels as though I am choking when I try to speak and would be grateful to hear of anyone that is suffering and been given any diagnosis
(If the link does not work by clicking on it, it should if you copy and paste into your browser.

have you checked out Myasthenia Gravis

Not sure at ALL if this might be useful, but check out the symptoms of Myasthenia Gravis (MG). I too started out with slurring speech and feeling of choking/not being able to swallow correctly. This started out after a sinus infection (at least that's what my internist diagnosed approximately 8 mos before other symptoms began appearing). Later on, I had serious weakness and while weight lifting at the gym, almost dropped a 40 lb weight on my self. MG sometimes starts after an infection or traumatic event (like car accident).. Hope this gives you a little nudge in the right direction. If it sounds right, go to a neurologist, who should be able to diagnose - or rule out - through tests.

best of luck,
Lisa
