Dear Nikko,

Every Halloween I used to go to my friend's house. But she passed away in the beginning of the summer.
I think that hubby and I will have to give out candy to the kids in our new neighborhood.
But I haven't talked to the neighbors so maybe the kids here don't do that.

I such an unfriendly person. I would never go to the pool because I would be afraid I would have to talk to someone. It's that just awlful?

You seem like the person who likes to talk to people.
I don't even talk to the neighbors except to say "Hi" on the way up the stairs.

Mari, I am the same way about my pool. I don't go because I don't want to talk to the neighbors.... when I do go to the pool I wear headphones and listen to music (or I have the music off and the headphones on so people don't bother me) :)

I love giving candy out to the neighbor kids. If we were closer, I would do it for you Mari.

Maybe take hubby to a movie that night? Just leave the house so you don't have to deal with it at all.

Dress up in costume and really scare the kids, decorate the outside of the house we had a ton of kids last year and ran out of candy!!!
so thhis year we are prepared...our local supermarket had a sale for $1 a pound...we must have bought 7 pounds of candy...
My hubby dresses scarey and I usually try to tone it down,...someone has to not scare the kids so they can get their candy!
last year a little boy said to me...you were scareier last year...so this year...I am going to be scarier!
WE have a ton of ghosts nothing really gross, a big spider on the roof.
I will share more...I will see if I can find those pictures that I posted last year....
