I've had a cold and so I haven't slept well all week. So I got some pretty good sleep last night. Yeah for VIC's vapo rub. ;)

No husband or kids all weekend. Hubby is golfing in Nevada and the kids are at their dad's for visitation.

Kidding. It's nice. I don't get any alone time. Allways running and doing for everyone else. Problem is, I forgot what I can do for myself. LOL I am sorta lost.

It's raining buckets here, so I really don't want to go out and the rain reminds me of how old I am getting. ooo, ouch.

Thinking about cleaning the house. :rolleyes:

Doing ok, had my first drink last night in months and kicked back, now just waiting to see if the suicidal thoughts will come back in the following days as they have done in the past when I have drunk alchohol.

It is a bit of a test for me as I have a party coming up and would like to be part of the crowd and have a couple of drinks but I worry so doing it in combo with my medication.

Apart from that all is going my way, been on a big spending spree and bought some lovely clothes in the past couple of days. Feeling very good about myself.:)

I feel clear headed tonight. 'Not sure if it was the chinese dr or the 20 min walk.

It's an amazing feeling not to have brain fog. http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/jumping0041.gif And it will be tempting to stay up all night now that I feel good for the first time in a loooooog time.

Earlier I went to Kmart for bathroom mats and some t-shirts.
A friend is coming over to take some empty boxes off our hands for her move at the end of the month. She can help me decide if I need to return the t-shirts.
