Arnica Gel is used for relief of muscle aches and stiffness, due to minor injuries, overexertion, falls, and blows. Reduces pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.

Homeopathic arnica is part of my first aid suppleis. I use the sublinguals, gel and ointment.
