I found this today while searching for something else. It addresses many subjects, tests, ulcers, that we are all interested in. I am struggling to read it all because of my dry eyes, but I'm putting it in as a post so that all can share:

It is expensive tho, even used. I'll see if I can get my public library to obtain one.

Yeh, $98 on Amazon.com. There are (were?) some very good online sites, which I have lost the links to. I think the University of Washington has one. Maybe someone else has some addresses.:)
