Some Of My New Techniques - TRY 'EM
If you don't have a jacuzzi, maybe a bath could somehow make it happen...and brush teeth before you do this, so you can go to bed.
I go to jacuzzi twice a night, putting hot jets onto feet, calves, knife in back. Then in hot water, I do slow, smooth stretches. Nothing amazing, just pull out what has been held closed all day. BREATHE as you do. Then, I do this myself - I take my Aspercreme and I load it on my feet, calves, knees, then my hands, arms, shoulders, neck...and head to bed. I take either an Ambien or a Lunesta. (This would also be the time for any calcium, magnesium supplements, also Aloe for my poor tummy, all taken with a small amount of milk, organic.) Then I eat one low sugar but active culture yogurt. Hot or cold washcloth to face, and to bed. The next day I swear I have slightly less pain, sometimes NO pain in lower legs. (I know the science of why this is working, but I'm not going to hurt myself, going back to beddieby.) Knowing that most of us have to do this alone, anyone got anymore ideas considering we are the most reactive, most sensitive? TRY IT. |
sounds great!
Actually Tam, that sounds wonderful! Just wish I had the jacuzzi. I have to settle for the hot bath.
