Hello Hello Hello

So, this is where everyone has been hanging out. How long has the site been in existence? How did any of you hear of it before the original site went back up? Why am I always the last to hear about anything? Why didn't god make me better looking? (concentration slipping - refocus)

Anyhow, it's good to be back, though the attrition appears to have been drastic. I urge all regulars to check in even if they do not feel like it just to demonstrate that they are still alive.

Hello,
I'm here. We lost some people but every few days more show up.
It is great to see you.

I found this place Sept 18 but they had been up since the end of August I think.

Doc John created this alternate forum site when the obvious need become clearly needed.
He runs another forum called psych central and has done so for years.
He has been very honest and the freedom here is wonderful!
Great set of moderators....so thankful that he started this!

Hello HHS! Nice to see you here :)

DocJohn started this site as a temporary site because of concern for the people who had no braintalk and needed support... then due to members loving this place, he decided to keep it open.

This is what DocJohn posted on his website, and the comments that followed -
http://psychcentral.com/blog/archive...k-communities/

And Braintalk2 was born :) Some pople found it through a google search, others got emails from friends, but this site quickly grew.

Then members liked DocJohn way of running things, so we asked him to keep this palce open permanantly - he agreed :)

Currently, there is a thread is the Community and Forum Feedback forum where members can suggest a new name for this place. From those suggestions, DocJohn will start a poll and then the members will be able to vote on the new name :)

Hi, High Hat!! Welcome Home.

So good to see you here. So glad you found where we had all moved. And please do, as Wittesea mentioned, help us brainstorm a new name for this forum website! -Theresa

Hi HighHat,

Glad you found this - took me awhile too. My name has changed to protect me.

Hugs, Nikko
