Great -I'm not alone
Hi Everyone-
I'm glad I found this forum...and that I am not alone with my insomnia! about 2 months ago I was involved in a serious MVA...lost conciousness...for a few minutes and while in the hospital suffered what they believe now might have been a minor stroke ...it felt like a magnet yanked my entire left side...and the world was spinning like the worst carnival ride..etc...as a result I have some loss of vision in my left eye and a lot of other symptoms...going to physiotherapy as well as eye doc and will be seeing a top neurologist in about 3 weeks... I am still an avid hockey player - a Goalie nearing 50! and golfer - I want to enjoy my life, family and and live again so I'm really anxious to start reading threads and getting ideas on how I can get better!!!! Thanks Goale48 |
